Liz Adams

Liz began her career in health and fitness in 2012, when she started coaching and competing at a high level in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. As a former basketball player Liz’s passion for sports, fitness, hard work and community developed at a young age. In 2018 Liz transitioned from being a competitive athlete to a full time coach in both functional fitness and mindfulness and meditation. Liz has cultivated a mindful practice for the last 4 years and has hosted workshops, corporate presentations, and virtual personal and group classes focusing on effective and related ways to train the mind. In the summer of 2020, Liz branched off and created The Sana Collective, a platform offering unique training programs focused on optimizing who you are and what you do each day.

Jay Adams

As an athlete his whole life, Jay developed a love of fitness and performance, eventually putting him on a path towards a profession in the fitness industry.

For the last 6 years, he has made this passion for health and wellness his career as a full-time strength and conditioning coach. Having worked with both groups and individuals, and athletes of all levels, Jay has a wealth of experience that has helped shape his ideology and approach to training.
