What is the #ATrained program?

The methodology behind the day-to-day training with The Sana Collective is a minimum effective dose to general physical preparedness. "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one." This saying holds very true when it comes to overall wellness and what we are looking to achieve through fitness. You will be challenged week after week through varied workouts, incorporating strength, conditioning, and skill.  



What is the "Sit-to-Pause" program?

Sit-to-Pause is a mindfulness and meditation training program that offers daily 5 minute training videos (“Daily Pause”), weekly class and monthly webinars designed to optimize a life of balance, productivity, and purpose. Daily Pause is an opportunity to connect more to who you are and cultivate a skillset that allows you to enhance your performance and perspectives.

What’s The Sana Collective private facility look like and what equipment is available?

Our private facility is a unique space in the heart of the West Village, including a large private outdoor space and a basement rec room space, which allows us to offer year-round training. The facility is outfitted with a variety of different equipment ranging from barbells, DBs, and weights to a bike, boxes, bands, and slam balls. Photos coming soon!
